Elliotte Friedman: Is a Steven Stamkos return to the Stanley Cup Final Imminent?

Elliotte Friedman from Hockey Night in Canada joins Scott to discuss when the next season for the NHL might begin.  The guys look at a number of different options that the NHL has, including fans or no fans in the stands, an all Canadian division, a more regional schedule, a baseball type schedule with teams playing back to back games in the same city and more.
