About 3800 of these bicycles were sold nationwide at specialty and fitness stores and online and elliptigo.com and amazon.com. If you bought one of these bikes, stop using it and contact ElliptiGo by phone at 1-888-551-0117 or via email at [email protected] to obtain a replacement bike, a credit, or a full refund. The latter will be prorated according to the age of the bicycle.
