My guest today is Ellyn Kravette.  

Ellyn Kravette is an Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) working in the travel industry.

Independently she is the owner of E. Nightingale Enterprises, Inc., a personal and professional development organization, providing EAP consulting, professional training and counseling services for numerous vendors.

Also, she has a Master’s Degree in Social Work, is credentialed as an Employee Assistance

Professional, Certified as an Addiction Counselor in both New York and Pennsylvania and is a Clinically Credentialed Forensic Counselor, and Substance Abuse Professional. 

In addition, she is an ordained Interfaith Minister with chaplain training and experience. 

In this conversation, Ellyn and I speak in depth about how she got involved in helping people and why she is so passionate about working with people in the travel industry.
