Does Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare reveal that Freddy Krueger lived at 1428?

Freddy's Dead is a unique animal in the franchise. Some love it, some hate it. Outside of its heavily comedic elements, Freddy's Dead also changes up what audiences have thought about Krueger up until that point.

 

For one, it establishes he had a daughter. Another speculated point is that it adds that Freddy Krueger and his family lived at 1428 Elm Street once upon a time. This point in particular isn't as clearly stated, but the story elements seem to align...or do they?
