Anthony Scaletta is a Special Forces Combat Veteran with the US Navy. He was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression after leaving the military in 2003. He eventually found his way to Yoga, which he credits with not only helping him grow Spiritually, but also helping him heal his mind and body. Today, Anthony is a Yoga instructor, a Reiki Master, and a Crystal Healer. His passion and mission in life is to "Bring the healing powers of yoga to others, especially combat veterans, as a way to ease their suffering." Enjoy!
