Elsa Castillo was a 35-year old woman who worked and eventually had an affair with a 42-year old American named Stephen Mark Whisenhunt, at whose hands she would also unfortunately meet her end, making her the second documented "chop-chop lady" case in the Philippines after Lucila Lalu.
