PodShare was founded when Elvina couldn’t afford to live in the center of LA and asked why we must commit to one address or roommate. The concept of membership housing was born from a desire to travel the world without constraints. The growth of the sharing and gig economy helped push the concept.

There are 220 pods to share across 7 neighborhoods in LA and SF, for any duration of time. We redesigned the bunk bed in a tribal floor plan with a micro focus on neighborhoods in under utilized and commercial buildings.
