A former native of Colorado, Elysia began converting to Alaskanism in 2010 after a road trip opened her eyes to the wonders of the big mountains and big men. When she is not playing on her bike or packraft, Elysia can be found impersonating Robin Hood, writing bad poetry (oh noetry!), championing equal-opportunity drinking, or performing 80’s love ballads on her kazoo.
