Emanuel (also known as Eman) is known for his basketball. Something i didn't know while podcasting is he dislocated his elbow playing basketball and went through a 3 month rehab. This kickstarted his interest for becoming a Physio, Seeing change week to week after a period of no function was an important aspect of his return to play after injury.
Currently building on his base of strength and increased muscle tissue is the main goal at the moment. Increased strength leads to increased sports performance which leads to improved games.
