God’s desire was and is to reconcile man to Himself. To reconcile is to restore friendship and fellowship after an estrangement. Though we have all sinned, Jesus came as a perfect payment for our trespasses and made it possible for us to be righteous in God's sight. Once reconciled, He not only makes us a part of the family, but gives us the ministry to invite others to know Him as well.
