The pilot episode of "Path To Wellness". It's Dan and Brandon's first crack at bringing their journey to wellness through mindfulness to the podcast format. In this episode they discuss: fear as an emotion and it's physical effects on the body, craving as a mechanism and how mindfulness can be used to subdue it, light discussion of RAIN mindfulness awareness and meditation practices, among a few other topics. The second half of the episode Dan leads the podcast through a meditation, finished up with some quick thoughts before the end of the show.
