I would like to wish my little sister Emily a Happy Birthday. I got my Squat rack, FINALLY! We go over some of the memories that are burned in my head from my middle school years. It can be difficult to be a child of divorced parents and it can take a toll on us kids. I talk about some of the difficulties that I have been dealing with from my parents and how I am fostering a new relationship with my dad.
