Yallllll welcome back! Eric and I rocking a duet this evening. Gunna talk about the concept of embarrassment. Which, admittedly, is not something I fully understand. I’ve never been one to feel a lot of embarrassment, so Eric and I dig into that. Is shame the same thing as embarrassment? Is a certain level of shame healthy or even required to function in society?
