Embodied Astrology

This week-ahead reading for Sep 28-Oct 4, 2026 is an excerpt from this week's Somatic Space class with Renee Sills. For the full-length forecast and embodied practice for this week, purchase the recording here. This episode begins with a somatic practice, followed by reflections from those present live. The astrology for the week ahead begins at 28:14.

This week’s retrograde influences and activation of the fixed cross suggests a week that could be filled with fairly intense energies, a lot of power (as well as misuses of power, and power struggles), and potential confusions, frustrations, and delays… although, at this point, the retrograde influences may be more internal and psychological for many of us.

Be on the lookout for scorpionic transformation potentials! If something is calling you from the shadows, get curious. Bring attention to fear, scarcity, jealousy and other issues that are ready to be worked with. Instead of getting into their narratives, attend to their sensations, and work with transformation.
