This practice will allow you to strengthen your connection and attunement to your heart and body as powerful tools to move towards your authentic dreams and goals more powerfully. Write down what you felt and connected with, this further sharpens and enhances your connection to your inner voice. Your heart and body are parts of powerful intelligence system that many of us have been disconnected from. According to the HeartMath Institute, your heart can sense events before they occur and sends a signal to the brain. So let's go beyond our capable brains that love to solve problems, and use our heart and body to come back to our powerful guidance. Also, did you know that Oprah attributes her success to listening and paying attention to the little voice inside of her early on? I know it's so easy and tempting to skip over this to all the sophisticated tools that the external world offer us, however by doing that, we're overlooking the most powerful and sophisticated tools that we have at our fingertips and we don't need to go anywhere or buy anything to access them.
