Bennett explains that each of us carries presence—the embodied awareness of the here and now, compassionate and deeply grounding. Together, we explore practical ways to access presence through the body and breath, how it helps us hold difficult emotions like anxiety and depression, and how it can serve as a secure base in our lives. We also discuss how to stay connected to presence in the face of modern technology, the role it plays in healing and relationships, and how nature can reflect our own presence back to us.
