There are two ways in to building businesses that are embodied entities: 

1. You are an embodiment-based/focused teacher or professional and you want to uplevel and uplift your entrepreneurial skills for more financial prosperity, more expansive freedom, and more joy. OR…
2. You are an entrepreneur, creator, builder, or leader and you want to bring embodiment has something to do with it.

What you need either way: 

• Learn how to be uncomfortable in order to do what’s better for your business (and supports what you say you want)
• Learn how to Fail Fast
• Ask, “What do I want?” on a regular basis and reorient to the answer
• Not being so precious about your passion
• Integrate all aspects of self and life and experience
• Tap into your body and the bodies of your team members and stop delegating every task to your brain (it will lie to you)
• Take time to learn the language of your body (and be ready to fail fast)
• Be willing to go first
