Social situations have always been a challenge for Harris Montanye. After years of practicing classic yoga and meditation, he realized this practice was creating a shell that kept him from engaging with others.  That realization has thrown Harris on a path of self discovery and authenticity. Harris and I discuss his journey, his insights along the way and what is next in his life. Join me in a thoughtful and engaging discussion about engaging in your world.   How can your insecurities can make you curious? How can you engage in the world in a practical way? I can feel upset with myself or feel really foolish about a mistake or an action I made.
