Life certainly brings a lot of changes. Many 180 flips, sometimes these changes can be seen as positive others not so much. But one thing we can all agree on is that change is inevitable. Change can oftentimes leave us feeling stuck or in an in-between stage not sure where we are supposed to head to next. But as we recap and culminate this year, it is important to pause, reflect on the change and the new person we have become. Rease our goals even, in order to set goals that feel aligned with ourselves, that will bring us close to our life’s purpose and passions. In today’s episode, I want to help you embrace change and gather a new perspective as we get ready for the new year and start working on our new year’s resolution and goals.
