Lesson 177: Embrace Responsibility

Responsibility comes with the role of leadership. When you lead, you are responsible for the people you are leader, you are responsible for getting to the goal you are heading to. If you are leading, you have to be comfortable with welcoming and embracing responsibility. It isn't going to be easy but what you need to understand is that responsibility is a beautiful thing.
