This week the boys Adam and Alex Talk about how to deal with change. Change is guaranteed in life, and if you don't think it is, look at yourself and have you been in the same place you were last year...I'd say so! Weather its positive change or negative change, the way we embrace it has an effect on the outcome of said change. Bad time are also a guarantee, so why waste you time moping about the small things in life now? One day you'll have a real reason to be upset, so lets all wait for those moments!
