I have been hearing and witnessing that as a conscious collective of wholehearted women… we are all searching for and desiring more ease.

 

Ease in living. Ease in being. Ease in the journey.

 

We are living in a world where stress is normalised. Where busyness is celebrated and praised as a status symbol. We are living in a world where softening into ease can feel like failure. It can feel like falling behind. When pressure and pace, productivity and profit are all valued above purpose and peace and inner power… embracing ease can feel like the ultimate rebellion.

 

Within this episode we will be deepening into a thoughtful consideration of easefulness, and what it means to consciously nurture ease in living and being.
