Embracing Fall: Grounded, Graceful Letting Go

Tis the season of letting go, as the trees begin to lose their leaves, holding the question of, ‘what am I ready to let go of?’


Listen to the entire episode to receive a guided practice where I walk you through a Grounded Graceful Letting Go embodied practice. 


Steps to the practice that I take listeners through:

  • Stand barefoot (outside on the earth if possible)

  • Imagine roots growing out from your feet

  • Begin to gently bounce, keep your knees soft, just let yourself gently jiggle

  • Slowly allow the bounce to expand into more movement, little by little beginning to shake your entire body

  • As you feel ready, let the bouncing come to a pause. 

  • Sit on the ground in a comfortable position. 

  • Take a few deep easy full slow belly breaths.

  • Bring your attention to the center point of your pelvis & the center of your heart, breathe from here. 

  • Staying connected with yourself ask the question, ‘What am I ready to let go of?’

  • Remain curious and open as you invite the answer to come to you. 

  • Journal and reflect on your answer/s.
