Acknowledging the way you are is truly is enough. Two things Simran and I talk about— you can change your body or embrace it. Both are completely okay, with the right intentions. She talks about body positivity self-mantras like "enjoy the journey" and "she believes she could so she did". Lastly, Surround yourself with people who will lift you up + support you + feel the most confident you will be. It is all about learning to love your body and learning to accept yourself.
