All work and no play makes 'Demi" a dull girl. The past two episodes have been serious and emotional so I decided to lighten the mood a bit in this episode by bringing two of my friends to share their perspectives on self-love in relation to mental health.

Overall, practicing self-love is crucial for maintaining good mental health. It involves treating oneself with kindness, forgiveness, and understanding and recognizing that one's self-worth is not based on external factors. By practicing self-love regularly, individuals can build resilience, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, and cultivate a positive self-image.
