Both of us are celebrating our birthdays this spring and have been noticing a huge shift in our society sending a message of “avoiding/hiding age” so we wanted to discuss the opposite: let's embrace the beauty in aging! The wrinkles, the greys, the knowledge, the power. 

In this episode we talk about the messaging we're hearing about aging being a problem to fix instead of a something to lean into and embrace. We share our experiences and how we're aiming to embrace the beauty of aging.
