This special PRIDE MONTH episode is a conversation with one of my dear friends, Shane Ramsay, who is a gay man here in Ottawa, Canada.

Shane graciously opened up about SO many hard topics and shared some really personal/traumatic stories in the hopes of helping others who may have struggled in similar ways.
This episode is about sharing some information about what Pride Month means, and the struggles WITHIN the gay community which might not be so apparent to those who aren't involved. One big issue that we discuss is that of BODY SHAMING, especially bigger bodies that don't fit a particular gay "look".
This show's goal is to be as inclusive as possible about ALL different kinds of people and their individual journeys and struggles, and Shane is an amazing start to opening up to a broader variety of interview guests.
You can connect with Shane on Instagram @shaneramsay - trust me, he's SO welcoming and easy to talk to!
