In this episode, we talk through the idea of darkness. Today is the Winter Solstice, and that inspired us to reflect on darkness. Through our conversation, we learned that Elizabeth is a night owl and Rachael is an early bird, and that Elizabeth prefers the dark and Rachael is working on her appreciation of darkness.  There is beauty in the darkness and we recognize the privilege of being invited into the darkness.
