We've all had those times where we don't feel good enough, when we question our worth, when life seems to be piling up and getting us down. When left unchecked, these thoughts can send us into spirals of anxiety, depression, and seemingly endless dark clouds of discouragement. In this episode, we're talking about how to get through these feelings of inadequacy, regardless how they originate- from rejection, childhood experiences, hurtful relationships, and so on.

I encourage you guys to bring God in on your inadequacies (whatever you think they might be), so He can remind you of your worth and the good things He wants to do through YOU!

The title says it all! This one's all about forgiveness and why it's truly the best thing for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Before you get scared thinking this will just try to shame you into forgiving hurtful people, just remember that forgiveness doesn't always require the restoration of a toxic or unproductive relationship/friendship, etc. 

I'm here to remind you to not let the hurtful actions of others keep YOU from the grace of God. Life is meant for living in the present and not hanging onto the past, even if we have every reason in the world to hold that grudge. I hope this one helps you - xoxo, bri

Welcome officially to season 2, friends!! This time, we're talking all things RESILIENCE - building the toughness to be able to recover quicker from life's difficulties! It's all about getting through what you can't get over, and understanding that healing is a journey and requires grace - for ourselves and others. 

Listen in as I share simple tips for building resilience, and while it's by no means a quick fix, it's important to take steps towards healing so that when the storms of life come, we can get up a little quicker each time. Isaiah 40:31 tells us our strength will be renewed when we wait on the Lord, and we'll mount up with wings as eagles - and if that ain't resilience, I don't know what is!
