The Summer Solstice is upon us here in the Northern Hemisphere. As our Earth leans into the Sun's warm embrace, we are witnesses to the power of intimacy. The warm touch of the Sun, the cool kiss of a summer breeze, the electric tension of a thunderstorm. Moments of intimacy are ripe with vulnerability. 

This Litha, we are being handed the gentle invitation to create and hold space for such intimacy in our lives. This may look like gently bathing your newborn baby or, like staying gracious with yourself when painful feelings flow in. These moments of vulnerability can be what opens the heart to greater connection and a wider understanding of ourselves and those whom we love.
