Julia's sculptures could be described as both charming and haunting. They deal with jubilance and joy framed in the reality of ageing and death. Her sculptures are simultaneously approachable and confronting. They expose the levelling reality of our shared fate, and charmingly reveal the joy of accepting and embracing our true selves.  Julia makes sculptures and photographs and currently lives in Montreal Canada.
