As a retired battalion chief, from the Green Valley Fire District in Arizona, Tom was very familiar with Emergency Reporting. He started working for them in 2011 (as a part time trainer), then as a full time DoD/International Trainer in 2013, Business Dev. Analyst in 2018, and now Enterprise Training Manager in Jan 2021.
