Kimberly Culp is a Director at Carr McClellan P.C. in Silicon Valley, where she works with digital media and video game companies to resolve their high-stakes IP and advertising issues. Of course, her clients develop AR and VR content and develop hardware to support that content. Kimberly counsels her clients to help them assess and manage risk on a wide variety of matters and helps resolve any dispute that may arise.
