Shmuel Rosner and Emi Palmor discuss the unique challenges that Ethiopian Israelis face, and some of the ways that the government and the police manage their delicate situation.    Emi Palmor is the Former Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Justice, and member of Facebook’s Oversight Board. Palmor also headed the team on eradicating racism against Israelis of Ethiopian origin.
