Emil Wilbekin is a New York City-based media professional who produces and curates digital, print, social media, and event-based content. He's appeared on-air discussing pop culture for VH1, MTV, CNN, and The Today Show. His most well-known cultural contributions include his roles as managing editor and editor-at-large at Essence magazine, as well as editor-in-chief of Vibe magazine, In 2016, Emil founded Native Son, a platform created to inspire and empower Black Gay Men.
