Why the hell are we even talking about Durkheim if he’s a sociologist?

As philosophers, we spend a lot of time considering how certain actions impact society, so considering that this was Durkheim’s primary focus in his work, we’ve decided to take a look at his perspectives to see what fun things we could elucidate.
