This week we sat down with Emily C. Rolston, an AEA Stage Manager turned full-time corporate Production Manager. Emily is  advocate for improved contracts within Actors’ Equity, and is a core member of the FairWageOnStage movement. She is incredibly smart and driven and we were so lucky to chat with her, and we are excited to share her story with you! Guard your ears, there is some swearing.
