About This Episode
To Emily Chang, being bold stems from leaning in even when you don’t completely understand how you’re going to achieve the goal or what the desired outcome looks like. From starting in science then pursuing business and finance, Emily has worked with some of the top brands like Starbucks, Apple, and Procter&Gamble, and she is now CEO for McCann Worldgroup, China, a creative marketing agency. During this time, she and her family have opened up their spare room to those that need it. She describes the journey of how this organically came about and how social legacy has played a significant role in her life. Emily explains how the smallest spark can grow into a strong flame, noting how we can nurture our own spark and open ourselves up to possibility. From defining our offer and thinking how best we can serve others, Emily walks us through her bold journey of living an intentional life and how to find and embrace our true purpose.
