Emily Lippiello is the 11 p.m. newscast producer at NBC Philadelphia.

We go into great detail about what a producer does and what her responsibilities are - from coming up with the stories in the show and artfully putting them in an order that works, to getting creative with studio camera shots and handling the "live television" elements once the show begins.
