This week, Emily Richter, aka The OCD Mama, shares her story of postpartum depressive, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anxiety. As a child, Emily was diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder. Her symptoms were effectively managed with medication. In high school, she weaned off medication and for many years, she felt great. After giving birth to her first child, though, her obsessive compulsive disorder returned. It took Emily several months to ask for help, but now she is doing much better and feels like herself again. Thanks, Emily, for coming on the show! Show notes are available at PPDadventures.com.
