Emma Ayliffe's lists of accomplishments since graduating UNE are no short of aspiring. With a passion for Ag, Emma completed a Graduate Certificate in Cotton Production at UNE before completing a Master of Science in Agriculture. After her studies, Emma worked as on-farm agronomist which was invaluable to her later roles as a consultant agronomist. In 2017 and at the age of 26, Emma along with her business partner Heath started their business, Summit Ag Agricultural Consulting. Emma has also been busy with her participation with various organisations within the Industry. In 2016, Emma was a participant in the Future Cotton Leaders program, and a runner up in ADAMA’s Young Agronomist of the Year 2018. She is also an Alumni of Young farming Champions program and a 2020 finalist for NSW ACT Young Achievers Leadership Award.
