Emma Plumbley is an IFBB Bikini competitor, TMJ Ambassador & has also served in the Military. On this episode of the podcast, we sat down in the Hen House Rehearsal studio. Emma opened up about her life as a bikini competitor, giving insight into her competitive mindset which she adopted since she was young and carried it with her through her military service. Also, Emma shared life stories and hardships that she overcame and how they have shaped her into the person she is today.
