Being in ministry for 48 years, Mike is a pastor, author, speaker, corporate trainer, and emotional success coach who has written 2 e-books, “Sanctified Emotions” and “Tapping Into Your Emotional Success Power Now: Skills and Strategies for Being Your Emotional Best.” 

With his wife Karen of 35 years, Mike co-founded The Optimal Performance Group, a training and development company as well as The Centre for Christian Training and Development: a Christian training company devoted to helping believers to understand the Scriptures in its original context as well as training Christians in Emotional Success skills from a Biblical perspective.

He is currently the lead pastor at The Oasis Fellowship in Chino, California. Mike is also a faculty member and trainer with the American Management Association, focusing on training leaders in Emotional Intelligence, leadership, and communication skills having trained and coached individuals and teams in Fortune 500 companies around the world for the past 30 years with clients in America, England, Israel, India, Greece, South Africa and more!
