Emotions can seem scary, especially for teens. Most of us treat our emotions like a monster from a horror movie. We are afraid of them because we don't know what they look like, where they came from, or what to do with them. And we certainly don't want to face them. Today's secret for an awesome life is: Don't run from or fight unpleasant emotions. Choose to allow them to be with you. In this episode, I teach teens how to process unpleasant emotions so they can keep moving toward their life's goals.
