Major component of emotional eating is STRESS! Both gals believe this is the one that can trigger that rabbit hole of eating your feelings.  Are you a type of person when stressed, you eat or don't eat?? 

It's important to recognize those feelings  and know that it is OK to feel this!

You must take this journey one day at a time and working on that balance.

Courtney and Lori share more tips of things to do instead of grabbing for the comfort food.
