Too often people eat not because they are physically hungry, but because they are stressed, anxious, bored, lonely, sad, or just plain tired,

They are emotional eaters

Do you eat convenient, fast food or junk food even when you are not really hungry?  Maybe watching TV in the evening after dinner?
