Cindy and Martha share their wisdom about EQ and leadership. High performance is the hallmark for leaders with high emotional intelligence. So, what does this look like? Effective leaders are trustworthy and show up in a consistent, reliable way and can relate to people that are different from them by meeting each employee where they are. They are also relatable and able to poke fun at themselves. Leaders with high EQ make a point to know their team members and give each employee what they need to be motivated and engaged at work.
