Welcome back to The Drew Cali Podcast. Today, I do my best to discuss the following questions - Are those who score high in Emotional Intelligence more agreeable or disagreeable? Are agreeable or disagreeable people more likely to become successful? 

Clearly, it was a difficult topic to discuss, with many caveats and details, but ultimately, I think I arrived at important and useful conclusions.
