In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about Emotional Intelligence. Bishop Malcolm states that according to Daniel Goleman, if we are not in command of our emotions then regardless of how smart we are, how good we are, or how much technical skills we have, we will not get very far.  Bishop Malcolm also went on to say, that quote exposed the fatal floor of our educational system which focuses on academic achievements and technical skill, whilst ignoring skills that enable us to work with people effectively such as social intelligence and social skills. Thus, making it extremely important for us as individuals to make it a priority to develop our emotional intelligence.
