Emotional Minimalism is something I’ve been practicing for years. Sometimes it’s difficult to keep our minds uncluttered and free from useless, painful, ruminating. The more I use my energy to focus on the positive and remove myself from situations that involve high stress, the better I feel and it’s incredible how much more I accomplish.

Although I’m grateful for the connections I can have via social media, it’s not always the healthiest place for me to spend a lot of time. Here are my top tips for engaging on your own terms and in a way that’s best for you.
